What is the delivery delay ?

Orders are processed shipped the day of placing the order or the next day (depending on the time your order is placed). Once the order is delivered to the Post Office, it takes 2-3 business days to receive your items at home.

What happens if I am absent during delivery?

If you are absent during delivery, the carrier will leave you a notice in your mailbox indicating the post office where to pick up your package.


How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery is offered from 50 CHF of purchase in Switzerland. If the basket is less than 50 CHF, delivery costs amount to 9 CHF. In the following countries of the European Union (Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Germany)

If I return a product, when am I reimbursed?

The refund is made after receipt and acceptance of your return by our logistics center. Your product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will refund you via the means of payment that you had initially chosen (credit card or paypal).

Is it possible to make an exchange?

It is possible to exchange on an identical product category (example, change of color or size). In this case, write to us at If you want a different item, then we must return it for refund and then place a new order of the item of your choice.


How to make a return?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return purchases that do not suit you. Warning ! Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You can manage returns directly from your account and download your return slip. If you have not created an account, send us an email at.

Is the return paid?

Returns are free in Switzerland. Abroad the costs are at your expense.
